Serbian director Emir Kusturica has started shooting his next film, "Na mlecnom putu" or "On the Milky Road»In its title in English.
The film is a co-production between Serbia, Mexico and the United States, in which the director is also in charge of the script, this time with his daughter Dunja Kusturica.
"On the Milky Road" will star the Italian actress Monica Bellucci, next to the own Emir Kusturica y Sloboda Micalovic.
The film is set in the Bosnian War where Monica Bellucci plays an intelligence agent who changes her identity with the help of a man who plays her own Emir Kusturica, love being born between them.
The film has already started filming in the Sutjeska National Park in Bosnia and will run until November in different towns of Bosnia y Serbia.
At first, this new Kusturica film would be ready for the next edition of the Cannes film festival, a contest in which the tapes of this author are always well received.
