Kings of Leon return to their roots with new 'Supersoaker'

Finally came the first preview of one of the most anticipated albums of the year. The American band Kings of Leon just presented the new single 'Supersoaker', first cut the album 'Mechanical Bull', the sixth studio work that the Followill brothers' band will publish on September 24th through the RCA Records label.

The leader and vocalist of the band Caleb Followill assured the specialized media that Kings of Leon He has recovered the energy and sound of his early works, taking up his southern roots and bringing out his more country side. Followill also stated that the new album is a mix between 'Youth & Young Manhood' (their first album) and 'Because of the Times' (2007), and also clarified that they have achieved with 'Mechanical Bull' a powerful album with a greater musical complexity than the previous ones.

The American band returns after three years with their first studio work since 'Come Around Sundown' (2010), an album that managed to climb to the top of the charts in several countries in North America, Europe and Australia. 'Mechanical Bull' has been produced by Angelo Petraglia (Trisha Yearwood, Tim McGraw, Taylor Swift, among others) and was recorded in the studios that the Kings Of Leon have in Tennessee, in the southern United States.
