Joss stone is back with a new album to be called 'Water for your soul'and will be out on July 17 via Stone'd Records. It will contain elements of reggae, hip-hop, world music and soul, and in total there will be 14 songs. «It's a combination of the things that I like«Said the singer. 'The Answer' will be the first single from the album and was co-written with reggae star Dennis Bovell. 'Water for your soul'is his seventh work and the first since 2's' The Soul Sessions Vol. 2012', which reached the top of the rankings. Her real name is Joscelyn Eve Stoker and she was born on April 11, 1987. She rose to fame after the release of her multi-platinum debut album and Mercury Award nominee, 2003's 'The Soul Sessions', recorded while she had only 16 years old, which consists of covers of songs by some of his most important musical influences.
According to the RIAA, Joss Stone is the second best debut in the history of the Billboard 200 for an English artist, thanks to her third album Introducing Joss Stone from March 2007.
