The North American actor Jon Heder will play the lead role in the adaptation of the sci-fi comic novel, Buddy Holly Is Alive and Well on Ganymede. (something like Buddy Holly is alive and well on Ganymede).
Heder will shoot the film during his free time in a new sitcom he is preparing for the Comedy Central television network.
Buddy Holly Is Alive and Well on Ganymede will be directed and screenwritten by Robert Rugan, while production will be handled by Molly Mayeux. through its production company Dahlia Street Films.
Created by Bradley Denton the story tells the life of Oliver Vale, a nerd who watches a reappeared Buddy Holly speak to him on television, pointing to Vale as the only one who can save humanity from an alien attack.
