That group also has actors like Nick Nolte as a representative. In an interview with a German newspaper, Cusack took the opportunity to harshly criticize President George Bush and his government.
He said, “We are living in truly dark times in America. Ronald Reagan was a paragon of generosity and love of neighbor compared to the Bush Administration. Those were the statements of the protagonist of "High Fidelity", who said that the Bush administration is worse than that of Richard Nixon.
