Sony Pictures joins the trend of telling classic stories from the villains' point of view with «Medusa«.
As Disney has done with its new film "Maleficent", Sony Pictures will tell the story of Medusa, antagonist in the stories of Greek mythology, in a film that in this case will be animated.
The direction of this film will be in charge Lauren Faust, creator of the children's television series «My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic«.

"Medusa" will be a heartfelt and clever animated comedy about a girl who is having the worst day with her hair.
As with the last film of Disney, with «Medusa» we will seek to reach a wide range of audiences and not just the little ones.
