Jack White reissues Get Behind Me Satan on vinyl

White Stripes Behind Satan

The record label Third Man Records, owned by the musician Jack White, has just announced that it will release 'Get behind me Satan' for the first time on vinyl to commemorate the 2015th anniversary of its release. The album will be released in advance in a limited edition color vinyl and will be available from the next Record Store Day 18, April XNUMX, while the standard version on black vinyl will be released later this year.

Get Behind Me Satan It will be presented in a double LP version on 180 gram vinyl, with one disc in red and the second in white. The cover of this special edition will be finished in the form of a lenticular hologram, showing transitions between the original album cover and new art inspired by the promotional version of the album. This version will also contain a download code to get the album tracks in digital format.

Released in June 2005, Get Behind Me Satan represented the duo's fifth studio album, and while maintaining the same basic output as their previous works, it marked a change from their previous album (Elephant), adding more instruments to their compositions, and including classics like Blue Orchid or The Denial Twist on your tracklist.
