Iwrestledabearonce prepare new work

You pass your eyes over the name of the group and it seems to be gibberish ... but nothing could be further from the truth. "Once I fought with a bear" It would be the Spanish translation of the group's name. Define to iwrestledabearonce as a group of metal it would be extremely basic.

The amount of styles they go through in each of their works is completely spectacular, starting with the most violent metal, jumping to dubstep to reach synthpop and return to metal in just three minutes, all this accompanied by the voice from his former soloist, Krysta Cameron, who goes from desperate scream to sweeter melody from one second to the next. Many have commented on the tremendous resemblance of Krysta's voice to Björk's - and the truth is that they are right.

Krysta's place now occupies Courtney LaPlante, friend of the group. Krysta announced her pregnancy during the band's 'Warped Tour 2012' tour. Courtney's appearance served to avoid having to cancel any of the tour dates. On a vocal level, Courtney delivers… she's not Krysta… but she delivers.

And it seems that things with Courney LaPlante must have worked well, since Iwrestledabearonce has officially announced that they are preparing the songs for his new album. Hopefully, the first preview of this new album doesn't take too long, both for being a big fan of IWABO -initials with which they themselves shorten their name-, and for being able to hear what Iwrestledabearonce's first album will be like without Krysta.
