This new film by the brothers elkabetz tells the story of Viviane Amsalem, who separated from her husband Elisha years ago and what time she seeks a legal divorce so as not to become a social outcast. Elisha is unwilling to grant her a divorce, so Viviane must face the Rabbinical Court to get what she considers a right. A fight that will take him several years.
