La movie «Iron Man 2» premiered on Friday in the USA beating the record for copies, a total of 4.380, but they have not served to beat any historical record but they did to amass an excellent 52,4 million dollars on its first Friday at the American box office which, added to the 7,5 achieved on Thursday they make a total of 59,7 million with what their forecasts for their first weekend at the US box office are 134 million dollars.
In the rest of the world it has raised 140 million dollars being Nº1 in all the countries where it has been released, except in Spain, where it has not been able to snatch the Nº1 from "Alice in Wonderland", by Tim Burton.
With these numbers it is clear that soon we will have "Iron Man 3" in theaters.
