Ehe Argentine artist living in Spain for years, has just released a new album, Damn songs and the Argentine newspaper Clarín interviewed him for the occasion. The note was made by the journalist Carolina Domínguez and published last Sunday, April 5.

Throughout the interview, Coti He tells how he recorded this album without a band, at home, with the valuable contribution of a great producer such as Tom lord alge, who has already worked with groups such as Rolling Stones, Oasis, Aerosmith and Coldplay. "A luxury. It gives added value that there is a guy with another head " recognizes Coti.

He also confesses to feeling that this is his best album so far, although he clarifies that giving his best in each production is almost an obligation, or should be: "If you have the freedom, the time, it is an artistic obligation to edit it when you feel that it is the best."

The new material will have 10 songs, but in addition to the album itself, there will be 7 other songs to download from the web, which can be lowered every 15 days. “I wanted to make a short album, because I hate long ones. They are tiring. I like the return to vinyl format, which lasted 40 minutes. This is like a double vinyl ", details sorokin.

On the other hand, the composer vindicates popular music (commercial) saying that “People enjoy popular music. The prejudice is in the purist sectors. There has been no more commercial group in history than the Beatles ”, while admitting that he doesn't mind being compared to Andres Calamaro.
