Jaime Rosales I continue to experiment and innovate with his films, after winning the Goya for Best Film and for Best Director in the latest edition of these national awards with Loneliness.

Si en Loneliness risked his own with those plans, now in HeadshotHe risks much more until he passes the limit, I would say because his film, shot in two weeks with a very low budget and with non-professional actors, has no dialogue. Come on, the viewer sees and hears that the actors are speaking but does not listen. (If someone does not know how to distinguish between hearing and listening, they should go to the RAE).

The film's debut was at the recently closed San Sebastian Film Festival and, we can say, that most of the reviews have been unfaborable.

Its premiere is this Friday, October 3.

La Head shot synopsis is:

Ion is a seemingly normal guy. He gets up in the morning, has breakfast, fixes his things, meets with some lawyers. One night at a party he meets a girl. They spend the night together in her apartment. His life goes smoothly. A call in a phone booth; a meeting with a friend; small everyday situations unimportant. One day he gets into a car with two other people. They cross the border into France. They spend the night at a married couple's house. The next morning, after a chance encounter in a roadside cafe, two civil guards in plain clothes were killed.
