Madonna's ex, Guy Richie, will have a great challenge after premiering his version of Sherlock Holmes: adapt for the big screen the adventures of that beast called Wolf.
The live action will be funded by Warner Bros studios, with production by Joel Silver, Akiva Goldsman and Andrew Rona. The great excitement generated by the premiere of Sherlock Holmes, with Robert Downey Jr., is promoting the career of the English director, who already has several projects to develop.
El script of the film has already been written for a few months, although what was done by Ángel López is being corrected by Don Payne and Jerrold E. Brown.
Created in 1983 by Keith Giffen and Roger Slifer, Lobo was born for a somewhat older audience, given his "profession" as a mercenary and innate violence. The DC character has crossed paths with various legends of the factory, such as the case of Superman, a superhero who does not like Lobo too well. In the cartoon, Wolf traveled through space (remember that he is an alien) hunting with remarkable violence all kinds of creatures.
That aggression, sometimes so funny, that was read in the comics, it seems that it will be sweetened in the film, since Warner wants to achieve PG-13 rating, thus achieving a larger audience. We will see what turns out.
