Four of the members of the mythical group great dead They will meet soon to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the band offering three concerts for the last time in history. Mickey Hart, Bill Kreutzmann, Phil Lesh and Bob Weir will be together offering the concert 'Fare Thee Well: Celebrating 50 Years of Grateful Dead', presentations that will take place on July 3, 4 and 5 at Soldier Field in Chicago, where On July 9, 1995, they made their last live performance with Jerry García, a few months before the latter passed away. The official announcement of the concerts was made from a special website, dead50.net, where Trixie García, Jerry's daughter, details more information about the event.

For these concerts the Greatful Dead will have guest artists such as Trey anastasio (lead singer and guitarist for Phish), pianist Bruce Hornsby (former collaborator of the group) and keyboardist Jeff Chimenti (who has worked with Weir and Lesh). Since last January 20 you can make the reservation of tickets online, and between February 9 to 11 an exclusive pre-sale will be held for the group's fan club, later a local pre-sale will be scheduled on 12 and February 13, and finally tickets will go on sale to the general public on February 14.
