The animated band led by former Blur, Damon Albarn, he is currently working on what will be his third studio album.

According to specialized magazines and media, Gorillaz's new record material will emphasize a pop sound. Albarn himself has confirmed this intention, adding that in this work pop will coexist with great orchestral arrangements. In fact, the group has already secured the services of the Syrian National Orchestra.

The provisional title of the CD would be Plastic Beach, and luxury guests participate in it, such as the group The Horrors, soloist Lou Reed, Barry Gibb of The Bee Gees, and American rapper Snoop Dog.

Plastic Beach is in the final production process, defining and correcting the last details. With no scheduled release date, the idea is for the album to come out in the spring of next year.
