The musical video "G»Of the South Korean rapper Dogs last Saturday became the most viewed in YouTube history with more than 800 million views, surpassing to the Justin Bieber video for his song "Baby". Psy, 34, a rapper known for his slicked-back hair and comedic dance style, has become one of the most unlikely global stars of 2012.
Dogs triumphed with a video that has generated countless parodies and has become a media sensation. He gained more fame outside his country than other more polished singers in the so-called K-Pop style of South Korea. YouTube said that "Gangnam Style" on Saturday beat Bieber's previous website record in 2010 with his "Baby" music video, and by mid-day "Gangnam Style" had reached 805 million views, compared to the 803 million «Baby»
Within hours, "Gangnam Style" had even risen to more than 809 million.
