La synopsis of 'Eight Catalan surnames it reads like this: Koldo's alarms go off when he learns that his daughter Amaia, after breaking up with Rafa (Dani Rovira), has fallen in love with the Catalan Pau and, faced with such sacrilege, crosses the border of Euskadi and heads to Seville to convince Rafa that they must travel to Catalonia at whatever price. The objective is to rescue her from the arms of the young man and her environment.
