Here we have the first photos of the new and highly anticipated Steve McQueen film «Twelve Years a Slave«.

"Twelve Years a Slave" tells a true story that happened in 1850, the life of Solomon Northup, a cultured free black musician who lived in New York with his family and was drugged by two strangers and later sold as a slave on a plantation from Louisiana. Solomon, not satisfied with the cruel injustice he had suffered, fought for his freedom.
