We already have the first image of the Disney movie "Cars 2" and its official synopsis which is the following:
Star racing car Lightning McQueen - voiced by Owen Wilson - along with his inseparable partner Mater - voice of Larry The Cable Guy - will take their friendship to new places in “Cars 2” when they cross the ocean to compete in the first World Grand Prix to determine the fastest car in the world. But the road to victory is full of obstacles, shortcuts, and hilarious surprises when Mater is caught up in an adventure of intrigue all on his own: international espionage. Torn between helping Lightning McQueen on the run and completing the top-secret spy mission, he takes Mater on explosive chases through the streets of Japan and Europe, followed by his friends. Plus, fast-paced fun is joined by a colorful cast of new cars including secret agents, dangerous villains, and racing competitions around the world.
