In a statement via his website, the metal flagship vocalist, Ozzy Osbourne, asks his followers to help him name his new album, which will be released in the middle of this year.
The order comes from rejection that led to the provisional title (Soul Sucka) that Ozzy unveiled a few months ago, on his official website. Now, the singer offers his fans the possibility that they themselves choose the name of the album, through a virtual vote that will be done at www.ozzy.com/
«When we published the title of my next album on the Internet, none of my fans liked the name. A lot of them said, 'I don't see myself walking around the house in a shirt with the words' Soul Sucka 'embroidered on it.' So I thought, 'I have to think of something else!' ", declared the charismatic singer in a recent interview with the Rolling Stone.
July is the launch month of the new Ozzy material, a month that will also mark the return of the now mythical Ozzfest, the festival that his wife Sharon devised in the late 90s.
