With a strong campaign from the internet, and by participating in any contest for new bands that is organized, the cordovan power trio Eruca Sativa managed to make a stop in the Argentine music scene, and position itself as one of the groups with greater projection and future of the country from the south.
Winners of a recent radio and television contest, the band is made up of Lula Bertoldi in voice and guitar, the bassist Brenda Martin, who collaborates with the backing vocals and contributes with a strong funk imprint without losing sight of the rock compass. The young drummer completes the trident Gabriel pedernera, who also contributes his vocal cords in various songs.
Social networks Facebook, Twiter and My Space were the platforms they chose to make themselves known, as well as a dynamic website full of information, which serves as a bridge of contact with their current and future fans.
With three years on the road and two albums on the street (The meat, from 2008; and Es, 2010), a hectic 2011 awaits the Cordovan women: the work involved in maintaining a brand new own label (MTM Discos) It will be joined by a tour of the Argentine Atlantic coast the first two months of the year; one for the south of the country, in March; and the possibility of traveling to Mexico, where they affirm that their discs sound in some Aztec radios.
