The studios movie Warner Bros and the production company Legendary Pictures filming started a week ago with the first photography works. Today is news again, since Danny Huston's entry has been confirmed as one of the actors that He will work alongside Australian Sam Worthington, and established Liam Neeson and Ralph Fiennes.
Tape will be directed by Louis Leterrier, who had already done the same in the latest version of the Incredible Hulk; and it will tell of the epic confrontation between men and kings, and between kings and gods. The story is inspired by the mythology of Perseus and his revenge against the god of death, the great hades.
Sam Worthington will play Perseus, the mortal son of Zeus; Liam Neeson to Zeus and Ralph Fiennes to the aforementioned Hades. For his part, Danny Huston will play Poseidon, the god of the sea.
Clash of the Titans is the remake of the 1981 film of the same name, and its arrival in theaters is scheduled for 2010. The film crew is currently in London and Wales, to later travel to the Canary Islands and the African Coast.
