The Cure announces 2014 with new album and live performances

After six years without releasing unreleased material, the legendary British band The Cure announces two releases for this year, on the one hand the continuation of his last album to date, 4:13 Dream (2008), which will be titled '4:14 Scream', and secondly, the publication of a collection of live performances on DVD. The new album, '4:14 Scream', will become the fourteenth on the label of one of the most influential bands in the history of post punk and new wave of the 1980s.

2014 seems to be a year of full activity for the group from West Sussex (England), since they also confirmed that, alongside these releases, The Cure will embark on a new tour, Trilogy, similar to those made in 2002 and 2011, in which they played three of their previous studio works in full, this time the songs will be from their consecrated albums, The Head on the Door, Kiss Me Kiss Me Kiss Me and The Top.

This new Trilogy tour could start from next April, already at the end of next month. The Cure joined the lineup of the Teenage cancer trust, a benefit concert for the fight against youth cancer, to be held on March 28 and 29 at the Royal Albert Hall in London (United Kingdom), an event organized by the singer of The Who, Roger Daltrey.
