La Island of the Damned movie, from 2007, is the typical American where the only good guys are the Yankees.
But, well, let's go by parts, the Island of the Damned movie it is about a millionaire who creates a program to broadcast on the Internet, for a fee, of a small island where they will release 10 criminals sentenced to die in the most miserable prisons in the world from where they have been chosen.
The program consists that of the ten criminals only one will be able to leave the island alive, the only one who remains alive after 30 hours will win his freedom.
Thus, within this group, what a coincidence, there are two Americans and, curiously, they are the only good guys in the group. One of them, the protagonist of the film, Steve 'Stone Cold' Austin, is a US military man, an expert in hand-to-hand fighting, who will want to help everyone who deserves it and end the creator of this program .
This movie was made with WWE production, that's why the main protagonist is a professional wrestler and, literally, it is a copy of Battle Royale but much worse.
The worst thing is the moralizing background that the film intends with the criticism towards the spectators who enjoy watching how some human beings kill each other.
In short, recommended to spend an entertaining time without having to think a lot.
