This week the most outstanding Spanish premiere, although it will only be released with about 45 copies, is from the film cardboard castles, based on the homonymous novel by Almudena Grandes.
This film, as those of you who have read the book will know, is about three students of Fine Arts from the 80s, two boys and a girl, who will establish affective and emotional bonds forming a trio, in every way.
This union will go well while they are studying when they have to take the step to the real world and work problems will arise between them.
The main trio is played by Biel Durán, Pepa Pedroche and Adriana Ugarte, who will star in several sex scenes showing "more chicha" than in the trio formed in another Spanish film released this year, Joaquín Oristrell's Mediterranean Diet.
