Four years after the release of their last album, “Write About Love”, Belle and Sebastian will release on January 19, 'Girls In Peacetime Want to Dance', their ninth studio album that will be released through the Matador Records label. .

Girls In Peacetime Want To Dance It will contain a total of twelve songs, all produced and mixed at the Maze Studios in Atlanta (USA) by the American producer Ben H. Allen III, known for his collaborations with figures such as Gnarls Barkley, Animal Collective and Raury, among others. . They also participated in the album Tony Doogan performing with additional mixes in charge in Glasgow (United Kingdom) and the mastering of it was carried out by Frank Arkwright in the famous Abbey Road studios in London.

The album is available for pre-order at iTunes in different formats, digital download that includes two bonus tracks, Piggy and A Politician's Silence, standard CD that includes a 24-page booklet (booklet), double LP on 180 grs vinyl. and a special edition box-set that includes 4 LPs with a voucher for download and a poster of the group.
