Batman the Dark Knight: good script but not a masterpiece

Last night, I finally got to see the new movie in the saga Batman, subtitled this time, The dark knight, and, I must say, it is nothing more than a good commercial Hollywood movie. What over there is called a blockbuster.

What has happened in the USA is that after the tragic death of Heath Ledger all Americans have gone to see it out of curiosity and because it is a very entertaining movie. But, those who say that it is a movie, I do not know how many more movies they have seen in their sight to consider it so magnificently.

In my opinion, this is a blockbuster with a good script. Something that is not abundant in Hollywood. We could put as the opposite case, the adaptation to the cinema of Fantastic 4 (script for 5-year-olds).

In addition, and thanks to the policy that the cinema has in our country, we cannot enjoy the excellent recreation of the Joker by Heath Ledger due to the damn dubbing. When will dubbing end in our country? Don't you realize that movies are destroyed like this?

In short, if you see Batman the Dark Knight, you will enjoy for more than two and a half hours a good movie but not a masterpiece.

As for the Christian Bale who reinterprets Batman fulfills its mission but that hoarse voice, when it goes from the Batman I don't know if it's because of the dubbing or in the original version it also talks like that, it doesn't work.

What is clear is that Heath Ledger will go down in history for his last role as Joker Thanks to which the film has become a phenomenon in the USA with 522 million dollars raised the second highest grossing film in history behind of Titanic that raised, in its day, 600 million. In this way, and if the film, as is rumored, is released again, Batman It could become the highest grossing movie in US history.
Where it has not worked so well is outside the American market because in the rest of the world it has raised about $ 500 million while Titanic raised, in 1997, $ 1242 million.

In addition, the new adaptation of Batman shows us the birth of another well-known villain from his comics that will surely appear again in the next production of the saga.
