Here is the first official image of Ashton Kutcher as Steve Jobs, in the movie about the Apple co-founder called «Jobs", which will be a biography of his early years and has a budget of $ 15 million. "Jobs" will chronicle Steve Jobs from a rebellious hippie to co-founder of the Apple company, where he became one of the most respected entrepreneurs of all time.
Joshua Michael Stern is the director, based on a script by Matt Whiteley. Meanwhile, actor Josh Gad plays Steve Wozniak, Apple's other co-founder.
"Since our film covers the early years of Apple, when Jobs was in his twenties, we needed an actor who could carry not only the youth of Jobs at the time, but also the psychological complexity."
That's what producer Mark Hulme commented. And I add:
"Because of that, and Ashton's physical similarities to Jobs, it makes him perfect for our movie."
The film is currently shooting in Los Angeles and is set to hit theaters in 2013.
