Arcade Fire begins work on their fifth studio album

Arcade Fire Hide Park

Arcade Fire He has started working on his next album in recent days, after giving his concert in London last week as the leader of the band, Win Butler, recently announced to the British press. The Canadian group played a few days ago at Primavera Sound and Glastonbury, where they continued with the presentation of their latest album, 'Reflektor', released in October last year, and performed last Thursday in London's Hyde Park, after which they anticipated that they will fully focus on starting work on their next album.

Butler told the press last week: “Now we are at a time where we can already have an idea and the people around us make this come true. It all starts right when you finish a tour. If I ever feel bored, it's the best feeling, because I know that then a great idea is going to pop into my head and start over. This is our process ".

This new album will be the fifth in the discography of the Canadian sextet, after his previous works, Funeral (2004), Neon Bible (2007), The Suburbs (2010) and Reflektor (2013). Taking into account that they have usually published a new album every three years, it suggests that this album could only go on sale in 2016.
