This year San Sebastian Festival will program a retrospective of the best and most transgressive animated films of the last decades under the name of animatopia.
In this retrospective, animation films from the last decades will be programmed that have broken boundaries that seemed established in the animation film.
In addition to the projection of these films that make up Animatopia, the organization of the San Sebastian Festival has decided to have bill plympton, American filmmaker who has revolutionized animation in recent decades with films such as "I Married a Strange Person" or "Idiots and Angels."
