Andrés Calamaro has already corner y mural his own on a street in Buenos Aires, in homage to his artistic career. It is a tribute to the singer-songwriter made by the City Government, which also plans to inaugurate another 59 tributes to various Argentine rock personalities in the city.
The mural is on the corner of Moreno and Peru -the «Calamaro corner» - and picks up the passage of the musician through the bands The grandparents of nothing y The Smiths, plus his solo career.
This work is a collective creation of various visual artists and is inspired by the records «Vasos y besos» (Grandparents), «Palabras más, Palabras menos» (Rodríguez) and «Brutal Honesty» (soloist).
