The beautiful Amanda peet joined the cast of the new apocalyptic project of Roland Emmerich, called «2012«. In addition, John Cusack, Thandie Newton, Danny Glover and Oliver Platt will perform.
The script is not very original: in that year, a global cataclysm it involves the whole planet and we will have to survive as we can (or not). Peet will be Cusack's wife.
With a script written by the director of "Independence Day" with Harald Kloser, "2012" will begin filming in July, to be released on July 10, 2009.
