As it has transpired, the members of Aerosmith they would be seriously considering replacing Steven Tyler with a new vocalist, or that was what the guitarist declared for a music magazine Brad whitford.
The future of the group became uncertain since Tyler passed out in the middle of a concert last August: the same Joe Perry recently commented that the 'frontman' he had to put more of his part if he wanted to continue leading the group.
"We are analyzing new directions to take and one of them is to continue without Steven. This will depend on who we could get and who would be willing to do it… it is a great void that he would have to fill.
No one could replace or imitate Steven. He is a unique character. But if someone is willing to try and the chemistry between us is good ... why not?".
