In recent days, British singer Brian Johnson confirmed that AC/DC He has already finished with the recording of his next album in Canada, sessions that did not have the guitarist Malcolm Young, due to health problems that have kept him out of professional activity in recent months. The new material was recorded in recent months at the Warehouse Studio in Vancouver, Canada, and was produced by Brendan O'Brien, who was behind the mixing desk also on the band's previous album, Ice Black (2008 ).

Brian recently revealed to TeamRock Radio: “The new album is totally finished. We are very happy because we have achieved great songs on it. I would love for it to be called 'Man Down' although I understand that it is not something too positive, but it would be a tribute to Malcolm. We obviously miss Malcolm. He is a great fighter. He is still in the hospital fighting for his health. We have our fingers crossed that it will recover soon ".

Stevie Young, Nephew of the Youngs, he has been commissioned to record the rhythm guitars of the new work in replacement of Malcolm: “Stevie has done a great job on this album.
