A new DVD in sight of Blackmore's night, the band formed by the former Deep Purple Ritchie Blackmore with his partner Candice Night. Now, at the end of June they will edit a show filmed in York, England, on September 30, 2011, called precisely 'A Knight In York', where they showed mostly songs from their latest albums 'Secret Voyage' and 'Autumn Sky'.
And we can already see a preview with the clip of 'Fires At Midnight'. Formed in the mid-90s, the debut album 'Shadow of the Moon' was an immediate success, as subsequent albums were characterized by an increase in guitar rock music without losing a folk rock base. The group performs at Renaissance and medieval fairs and festivals and also performs solo concerts in characteristic venues set in their style.
These are the songs that 'A Knight in York' will contain:
'Locked Within The Crystal Ball'
'Gilded Cage'
'The Circle'
'Journeyman'
'World Of Stone'
'The Peasant's Promise'
'Toast To Tomorrow'
'Fires At Midnight'
'Barbara Allen'
'Darkness'
'Dance Of The Darkness'
'Dandelion Wine'
'All The Fun Of The Fayre'
'First Of May'
