After months of news about legal disputes regarding Michael Jackson, comes a scoop on his musical legacy. The foundation that manages the heritage of Michael Jackson together with the MJJ Music label, he will release two extraordinary compilations that will add up to a total of two hundred and seventy songs recorded during the king of pop's career. The compilations were released last week under the titles: 'The Indispensable Collection' and 'The Ultimate Fan Extras Collection'.
'The Indispensable Collection' contains the complete collection of Jackson's solo albums, including Off The Wall, Thriller, Bad, Dangerous, HIStory. Past, Present and Future Book 1, Blood on the Dancefloor and Invincible. All of them remastered for iTunes, also including a live album with sixteen songs from Live at Wembley (1988). This compilation will come out with a sale price of approximately 50 euros, on sale from June 21.
'The Ultimate Fan Extras Collection' features a collection of Jackson's work including original demos, personal covers, special collaborations, multiple republications, alternate versions, groundbreaking remixes and rarities, such as the Spanish and French versions of Just Can't Stop Loving You, five different versions of Black Or White and also some live performances with the Jacksons Brothers. This compilation will add a total of 162 songs and is available on iTunes from June 24.
