The award-winning megafestival born in Brazil and that had its editions in other parts of the world, has confirmed the visits of Shakira and Lenny Kravitz, that add up to Rihanna, Katy Perry, Elton John, Coldplay and Red Hot Chili Peppers, among others.
El Rock In Rio This season will be held on the shores of the Brazilian city from September 23 to October 2. The six days are designed in such a way that they group the same musical style per presentation day. Thus, the first date will be opened by Elton John, Rihanna and Katy Perry; the second and Red Hot Chili Peppers and Snow Patrol; Metallica, Motorhead, Slipknot and Sepultura will contribute the metal fee of the fest on the third night; Shakira and Lenny Kravitz will follow; Coldplay and Skank will have their evening on the fifth day; and Rock In Rio will close nothing more and nothing less than Axl Rose and his recycled Guns and Roses.
