'Carol' está set in the 50's in New York and tells the story of Therese Belivet, a young shop assistant in Manhattan who dreams of a better life when one day meet Carol Aird, an elegant and sophisticated woman who is trapped in an unhappy marriage. An immediate connection emerges between them that will become more intense and profound, changing the lives of both forever.
