The last friday (17) 'Love, Lust, Faith + Dreams' was finally released (Love, lust, faith and dreams), the long-awaited album by the alternative rock trio 30 Seconds to Mars. The group led by actor, singer and producer Jared Leto presented the trio's fourth studio album, which he himself defined as a concept album with which 30 Seconds to Mars seeks to mark a spectacular break with their previous works. The singer of the group describes 'Love, Lust, Faith + Dreams' as a much more narrative album, more interactive and at the same time more orchestral than everything they have done so far.
The new album was recorded in 2012 at The LAB studios in Los Angeles. (California, USA) and has been jointly released by EMI and Virgin Records. It contains a total of twelve songs and also a bonus track ('Night of the Hunter') for the Japanese edition. The production was in charge of Jared Leto himself and had the collaboration of the legendary English producer Steve lillywhite, known for his work with rock monsters like The Rolling Stones, U2 and Peter Gabriel.
The first single from the album, 'Up In the Air', was published on March 19 and had a strong media impact, since its premiere was held on the space station NASA SpaceX On March 18th. The video for the single was directed by Jared Leto himself, it contains scenes also filmed in space and cameos by gymnasts McKayla Maroney and Jordyn Wieber of the Fierce Five team, as well as the well-known Dita Von Teese. It was presented worldwide on April 19 on the Vevo video channel.
