"Templar" It is the most commercial film that opens this weekend in theaters in Spain and although it seems 100% American, it is actually a co-production between the United Kingdom and the USA.
The director of "Templar" is the British Jonathan English, whose two previous films did not reach theaters in our country. His previous film, "Minotauro", was released directly on video in Spain.
"Templario" stands out, as its own director recognizes, for its scenes of high violence in the fighting, reaching almost the gore, but, really, in the High Middle Ages and in all wars and battles there is always a lot of blood and members dismembered by the entire field of struggle.
In the cast stands out Paul Giamatti, as the villain, and James Purefoy as the Templar hero.
