La actress Sevillian Paz Vega gave birth? yesterday Wednesday at the Ruber Internacional hospital in Madrid to her first child. The child was born by caesarean section and will bear the name Orson, like her father and the actress's husband. The Princess of Asturias is also admitted to the Ruber International hospital, after the birth last Sunday of her second daughter.
According to sources close to the actress cited by the online edition of Hola magazine, Vega is "very well" and both she and the child are resting in the same maternity ward as Princess Letizia. Paz Vega, 31, was born Paz Campos Trigo in Seville and chose her artistic surname in homage to her grandmother.
She is married to Venezuelan Orson Salazar and won a Goya in 2001 for her performance in "Lucía y el Sexo", the film that marked a before and after in her career. Already consecrated to an international level, among the latest works of the actress are "Give me 10 reasons", along with Morgan Freeman, and "Teresa: the body of Christ."
