Nicolas Cage y Nicole Kidman are the protagonists of the thriller «Trespass«, Of which the poster was just known. In the film, they both play a married couple who are taken hostage by four criminals looking for money. Things get complicated when betrayal and deception arise under these pressure conditions.
The film is directed by Joel Schumacher (Batman and Robin) and will be released on a limited basis on October 14, although in the Netherlands it will be seen from September 1.
Production began last year but had been halted in August when it was reported that Cage had left the project as he had insisted on changing the role of Kidman's husband to the kidnapper. However, the next day Cage resumed his role as husband.
Let us remember that Nicolas Cage was detained a couple of months ago for domestic violence and disorderly conduct. It all happened when Cage and his wife got out of a taxi and started arguing loudly. The taxi driver called the police and an officer advised the couple to stop arguing and go home, but eventually ended up arresting the actor.
