One of the most chameleonic actors currently active is Johnny Depp, whom we have seen on countless occasions characterizing himself to interpret the different roles he has done during his career and for his next job he does the same again.
This time he will not disguise himself as an Indian, a pirate or a mad hatter, but rather will be aged for the movie Black Mass to give life to Whitey Bulger, a well-known criminal from the United States who for many years was on the most wanted list.
Currently the real life Bulger is 84 years old and is serving a life sentence for different crimes including several murders and that is the challenge for the makeup and characterization team, to make Depp appear this age.
Black Mass will be released next year 2015 and to find out more and get to know it, the actor himself has requested an interview for Bulger. Depp stated that: “He is a fascinating creature but I want to sit with him so that I can understand him better. I also want to talk to the victims to find out their part of the story. I think he is a character who cannot be measured in terms of good against evil, so I want to know everything to play a good role ”.
