They just coincided in the filming of Joe Wright's 'Pan', and now Hugh Jackman and Rooney Mara to repeat together in Alfonso Gomez-Rejon's 'Collateral Beauty'.
The film is about new job from the recently awarded director with the main awards at the Sundance Festival for the film 'Me and Earl and the Dying Girl'. In the new adaptation of 'Peter Pan' in which Oscar nominees Hugh Jackman and Rooney Mara play two of the main roles, he will give life to BlackbeardWhile she will be tiger lily.
'Collateral Beauty', is set in a New York advertising agency and tells the story of a man plunged into a great depression after a family tragedy whose life turns upside down. Hugh Jackman will be that man, and we do not know the role of Rooney Mara, although we can imagine it.
As we have already commented the direction will be in charge of Alfonso Gomez-Rejon, which will mean his third feature film after his debut in 2014 with 'The Town That Dreaded Sundown'. The script will be signed by Allan Loeb, writer of films such as 'Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps' ('Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps') or 'What a dilemma!' ('The Dilemma').
