It is the new of the day, Heath Ledger, the Australian actor has died. He was found tonight dead in his room by domestic service. There were some pills next to his bed but it is unknown if they were the direct cause of his death, and if this was an accident or suicide. It appears that lately the actor had been seen looking scruffy in the New York subway.
Ledger was only 28 years old and had a brilliant career to live, as he was one of the most talented of the new litter. Among his roles stand out as not that of the cowboy Ennis Del Mar in Brokeback Mountain of Ang Lee, although he had already made a name for himself acting in The patriot, along with Mel Gibson, Knight's Destiny, The sin eater, Monster's ball, with Billy Bob Thornton and Halle Berry, The Four Feathers o The Secret of the Brothers Grimm by Terry Gilliam. His last performance has been in The Dark Knight by Christopher Nolan, yet to be released, playing a tremendous role as The joker. Rest in peace.
