And continuing with the festivals, From today until Tuesday, December 8, a new edition of Buenos Aires Jazz will be opening, the now classic jazz encounter.
This year, swing lovers will have the privilege of seeing the extremely talented live pianist Fred Hersch, which will not only open the festival, but will also offer two more concerts, give a clinic and, as if that were not enough, will be kind enough to open the doors to those students who wish to witness their rehearsals.
As has been happening a few years ago, the artistic director of the fest will be the musician Adrián Iaies. The program will include concerts in which more than 150 musicians will participate, between locals and foreigners, as well as seminars, talks, screenings and tributes to different artists from the scene.
The headquarters where the free recitals will take place and a large part of the activities will be the Recoleta Cultural CenterWhile the Presidente Alvear theaters, May 25 and the Coliseum will function as satellite headquarters
