We already have the first movie that sounds like a big favorite for next year's Oscars. A film directed by Jim Sheridan, remake of a Danish film, entitled "Brothers", which has an excellent trio in its cast: Jake Gyllenhaal, Natalie Portman and Tobey Maguire.
And trio is what will be formed in this film when Grace's (Natalie Portman) family is informed that her husband (Tobey Maguire) has been left for dead in the war in Afghanistan. Faced with this sad news, Grace and her two daughters will once again regain the joy of living thanks to Tommy Cahill (Jake Gyllenhaal), the missing brother's younger brother.
Little by little the union between the woman and her sister-in-law will become more intimate and they will end up together. However, when they least expect it, they receive a call from the army to inform them that their husband whom they considered dead has turned up and returns home.
The drama is served when you return home and realize that nothing is as it was before going to war.
The premiere of this film is scheduled for next December 4.
