The big favorite at this year's Oscars «Twelve Years a Slave«, Is the film that has received the most nominations for the new edition of the Gotham awards.
Steve McQueen's film receives Gotham Award nomination for best picture and actors Chiwetel Ejiofor y Lupita Nyong'o those of best actor and best revelation performer respectively.
Other Oscar favorites are also candidates for these awards such as Matthew McConaughey y Robert Redford in the category of best actor or Cate Blanchett in the one of best actress.
