GLAAD Awards 2010 Ceremony

Yesterday the 21st awards ceremony was held in Los Angeles GLAAD. The GLAAD Awards recognize the merit of productions that have made fair stories about the homosexual and transgender world or media that support the cause with documentaries.

Among the guests and activists to the cause, were present Drew Barrymore and the doctor from "Grey's Anatomy" Eric dane.

It was an entertaining gala, but affected by the crisis (this year the organization has received less money from federal cuts to grants). But even so, it should be noted that anti-gay organizations have received more than 100 million government aid, while GLAAD has only received $ 8 million this year.
