His real name is William Robert Young and he was born in January 1979. He is a British singer-songwriter and also an actor. He achieved fame in 2002, when he won the 'Pop Idol' contest, being the first to do so in that television format.
Young has sold 8 million records worldwide and 'Echoes'will be his fifth studio assignment.
